    At Audiology Services and Hearing Aids, your satisfaction and hearing success are our top priorities. We are proud to offer a risk-free experience with our hearing aids to ensure they meet your lifestyle and hearing needs.

    60-Day Free Trial

    All hearing aid purchases include a 60-day free trial period. During this time, you are encouraged to wear and evaluate the hearing aids in your daily environments. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the devices at any point within the 60-day period for a full refund, no questions asked.

    90-Day Refund Policy

    In addition to the 60-day trial, we offer a 90-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refunds requested after the 60-day trial but within 90 days will be honored as long as the hearing aids are returned in good working condition with no physical or water damage, and include all original accessories (chargers, domes, cases, etc.).

    Return Conditions

    • Hearing aids must be returned in their original condition, free from physical or moisture damage.

    • All included accessories must be returned.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after return and inspection.

    Exclusions

    • Devices returned with visible damage, excessive wear, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or deemed ineligible for refund.

    • Custom earmolds are non-refundable once fabricated, unless defective.
